Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend, will normally incur a fee of 50% of the consultation fee, charged to the card provided at the time of booking. Fees may be waived at my discretion in cases of genuine illness, family emergencies or exceptional circumstances.
